Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Minezaar collects, uses, and protects information when you create an account, buy a mining plan, or otherwise use the platform. It applies to minezaar.com and the dashboard — it doesn't cover third-party sites we link to, which have their own policies.

We collect what we need to open and run your account:

• Account information — name, email, and the credentials you set up.
• Verification data — identity and payment details needed to comply with anti-fraud and payment-provider requirements.
• Wallet and transaction data — the withdrawal address you nominate and your plan/payout history.
• Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and rough location from IP address.

We use your information to open and secure your account, allocate and run your mining plans, process withdrawals to your nominated wallet, respond when you contact support, and meet the legal and payment-compliance obligations that come with running a financial platform. We don't use it to build advertising profiles or sell it to marketers.

We share the minimum needed, and only with:

• Service providers we rely on to operate — payment processors, identity-verification vendors, hosting and infrastructure.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only when we're legally required to.
• A successor, if Minezaar is ever involved in a merger or acquisition — your data would transfer under the same protections.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is open, and for a period after closure to meet financial record-keeping and anti-fraud obligations. When there's no ongoing legal reason to keep it, we delete or anonymize it.

You can ask us at any time to access the personal data we hold on you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete your account and associated data — subject to the record-keeping obligations described in Section 5. You can also opt out of any non-essential marketing email using the link in that email, or by contacting us directly.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and account safeguards like two-factor authentication to protect your data. No system is completely immune to every risk, but security is treated as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time checkbox — see Section 3 of our Usage Policy for your own part in keeping your account safe.

Minezaar is for people 18 and older, in line with the eligibility rule in our Usage Policy. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we'll close and delete any account we learn belongs to a minor.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Minezaar after a change means you accept the update.
