By creating an account or buying a mining plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Minezaar. These Terms sit alongside our Usage Policy and Privacy Policy — together they're the full agreement between you and us.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Minezaar. You're responsible for confirming that using a cloud mining service is lawful where you live.
Minezaar sells and hosts cloud mining plans: a fixed-term share of hashrate on hardware we operate, at a stated coin, price and daily maintenance rate. We handle the hardware, power, cooling and monitoring; you monitor performance and withdraw output from your dashboard. Full mechanics are on our About Us and How It Works pages.
One account per person, with accurate registration details. You're responsible for your login credentials and everything that happens under your account — see Section 3 of our Usage Policy for the full detail on account responsibilities.
Plan prices are shown up front and are due in full before a plan is allocated. Because a plan begins producing output the same day it's purchased, payments are non-refundable once a plan has been allocated — cancel before allocation and there's nothing to refund against.
Editor's note: the no-refund-after-allocation rule above is a reasonable default matched to how plans actually work, not a confirmed policy — confirm it reflects your real refund practice before publishing.
Mining output is never guaranteed. It moves with network difficulty, coin price, and machine uptime — all outside our control. A plan can produce less than expected, or finish a term worth less than its purchase price. You accept this risk by buying a plan.
The Minezaar name, logo, site design, and dashboard are our property. Your account gives you a licence to use the platform for its intended purpose — it doesn't give you rights to copy, resell, or repurpose our software, branding, or content.
To the extent the law allows, Minezaar isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost mining output from network conditions, coin price movement, or events outside our reasonable control. Our direct liability, where it does apply, is limited to the amount you've paid us for the plan giving rise to the claim.
You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs arising from your own breach of these Terms or the Usage Policy, or from your misuse of the platform — the same standard most services this size hold their users to.
We can suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the Usage Policy, following the process in Section 9 of the Usage Policy. Any balance already earned and owed to you at that point stays yours.
Needs your input: a governing-law clause names the specific state or country whose courts and laws apply to any dispute — for example "the laws of the State of Delaware." That's a real legal decision only you (or your lawyer) can make, so it's deliberately left blank here rather than invented. Add one sentence naming your chosen jurisdiction before this page goes live.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Meaningful changes will show here with a new "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Minezaar after a change means you accept it.
